Solution :

• $60\ \%$ of $x$ $= 66$  

       $\frac{60}{100} \times x = 66 \\x = \frac{66\times 100}{60} \\x = 11\times 10 \\x = 110$

Hence, the value of $x$ is $110$ , therefore , $60\ \%$ of $110$ is $66$ .
