% of men = 60.

% of women = 40.

Let total employee be 100.

Then no of men = 60 and women =40.

no of men with salary above 3 lacs = 60 * 0.25 = 15.

no of employees with salary more than 3 lac = 100 * 0.25 = 25.

Now, no of employees with salary more than 3 lac is inclusive of men & women.

We know, men with salary above 3 lac is 15.

So, women with salary above 3 lac = 25 - 15 = 10. [Ans]
