Question:-

A man of 60kg gains 1000 Cal of heat by eating 5 mangoes. His efficiency is 56%. To what weight he can jump by using this energy?

Answer:

4m

Explanation:

Given :

  • Mass of the man before eating mangos = 60kg
  • After eating five mangoes he gain = 1000Cal = 1000*4.2 = 4200  [1cal  = 4.186]
  • Efficiency = 56 % = 0.56

To Find :

  • Height he can jump

Solution :

Q = mgh,

where m is the mass in kilograms,

g is the acceleration due to gravity (9.8 on Earth),

and h is the height above the ground in meters.

and Q is the sum of all heat transfer into and out of the system.

\to \sf{} 4200 \times 0.56= 60 \times 9.8 \times height

\to\sf{} 2352=588h

\to \sf{} h =\dfrac{2352}{588}

\sf{}\to Height=4m

Therefore,the height to which it reach is 4m

Answer:

Heya sathvika ♥️

Explanation:

✏️After eating 5 mangoes energy gain =1000Cal

Efficiency =5.6%

Energy can be utilized =Efficiency × 5

=560Cal

=2352J

Now, mgh=2352

h=60×9.82352=4m

✒️Hope it works ♥️☺️✌️...
