No .defective bulbs =12
No .non defective bulbs =600-12=588
probabilty =  \frac{no \: of \: non \: defective \: bulbs}{total \: bulbs}
  \frac{588}{600}  = 0.98 = 98\%

Therefore the probabilty of getting non defective bulbs is 98 percent
