Given:-
- Mass , m = 60kg
- Height,h = 20m
- Time ,t = 2 min = 2×60 = 120s
To Find:-
- His Power ,P
Solution:-
As we know that Power is defined as the rate of doing work.
Firstly we calculate the work done .
• W = mgh
Substitute the value we get
→ W = 60×10×20
→ W = 600×20
→ W = 12000J
And Now Calculating the Power
• P = W/t
Substitute the value we get
→ P = 12000/120
→ P = 100 Watt
Therefore the power of the person is 100 watt.
