firstly, the 6 on the LHS should be of minus when we take it to the LHS

63/6+72/x = 3-6

now, take LCM on the LHS and you will get the following

63x+432/6x=-3

now, take the value 6x on the RHS and multiply it with the -3 , then you will get:

63x + 432 = -18x

now, the remaining calculations are

63x + 18x = -432

81x = -432

x = -432/81

x= -16/3
