This question can be solved easily with help of formula....

M₁D₁H₁/W₁ = M₂D₂H₂/W₂

here, M₁ = M₂ = 64 men , D₁ = 5 days , D₂ = 4 days, H₁ = 8 hrs , H₂ = ?

W₁ = 40% , W₂ = 60%

so, 64 × 5 × 8/40 = 64 × 4 × H₂/60

⇒60 = 4H₂

⇒H₂ = 15 hours

therefore 15 hrs they should work per day so as to complete the remaining work in 4 more days.
