Solution:-

Mr. Vinod buy 12 notebooks, it means he buy 2 packet of notebooks and 2 notebooks each.

So, Cost of one packet of notebooks ⇒ ₹65

Cost of a notebook ⇒ ₹15

Now, Mr. Vinod costs of 12 notebooks is ⇒ ₹( 65 + 65 + 2 × 15 )

                                                                   ⇒ ₹( 65 + 65 + 30 )

                                                                   ⇒ ₹160

∴ Mr. Vinod's 12 notebooks cost ⇒ ₹160.

So, Option (C) is correct.
