In one row there will be x chairs and in one column there will be x chairs.Hence total no.of chairs in room is x*x which is 625 i.e., x*x=625

From this we get x=25 .Hence there are 25 rows and 25 columns

Given the chairs in one row and one column are removed.hence there are 24 rows and 24 columns now.Hence now total no.of chairs in room will be 24*24=576
