Dude, this is a simple question

we know that mass can neither be created nor destroyed in a chemical reaction

the total mass of the reactants is 16g and the mass of the product formed will also 16g

since 12 g is sodium acetate, then the mass of HCl formed will be: 16-12= 4g HCl
