6x+1/3+1=x-3/6 find the answer plzz urgent

6x+1/3+1=x-3/6

6x+1/3+1=6x-3/6

6(6x+1)=4(6x-3)

36x+6=24x-12

36x-24x=-12-6

12x=-18

x=-18/12

x=-3/2
