6x + \frac{1}{3} + 1 = x - \frac{3}{6}

6x + \frac{1}{3} + 1 = \frac{6x - 3}{6}

6(6x + 1) = 4(6x - 3)

36x + 6 = 24x - 12

36x - 24x = - 12 - 6

12x = - 18

x = \frac{ - 18}{12}

Therefore, \: x = \frac{ - 3}{2}
