Solution :-

 \sf \implies \: 6x +  \frac{1}{3}  + 1 = x -  \frac{3}{6}  \\  \\   \sf \implies \: 6x +  \frac{1}{3}  +  \frac{1}{1}  = x -  \frac{3}{6}  \\  \\  \sf \implies \: 6x - x =  \frac{ - 3}{6}  -  \frac{1}{3}  -  \frac{1}{1}  \\  \\  \sf \implies \: 5x =  \frac{ - 3 - 2 - 6}{6}  \\  \\  \sf \implies \: 5x =  \frac{ - 11}{6}  \\  \\  \sf \implies \: x =  \frac{ - 11}{6 \times 5}  \\  \\  \sf \implies \: x =  \frac{ - 11}{30}

Hence, the value of x is \sf\frac{-11}{30}
