 \frac{6x + 1}{3} + 1 = \frac{x - 3}{6}

 \frac{6x + 1 + 3}{3} = \frac{x - 3}{6}

 \frac{6x + 4}{3} = \frac{x - 3}{6}

6x + 4 = \frac{x - 3}{2}

▪12x + 8 = x - 3

▪11x = -11

▪X = -1

(6x+1)  /3     + 1   = (x  - 3) / 6

12x  + 2   + 6   = x - 3

11x = - 11

x  =  - 1
