(6x-10) (2x+1)

=6x(2x+1) -10(2x+1)

=12x^2 + 6x - 20x -10

= 12x^2 - 14x-10

dividing equation by 2

= 6x^2 - 7x - 5

= 6x^2 - 10x + 3x - 5

= 2x(3x - 5) + 1 (3x - 5)

=(3x - 5) (2x + 1)

hope my answer helps you.
