12x - 1 y =-4. (2)

12x + 26y = -26

12x - 1 y. = -4

25y = -30

y = -30/25

sub y in equation 1

6x + 13(-30/25) = -13

6x + (-390/25 ) = -13

6x = -13 + 390/25

6x = -325/25 +390/25

6x = 65/25

x = 65/25 * 1/6

x = 15/30
