(6 {x}^{2}  - 5x + 3)(3 {x}^{2}  + 7x - 3) = 6 {x}^{2} (3 {x}^{2}  + 7x - 3) - 5x(3 {x}^{2}  + 7x - 3) + 3(3 {x}^{2}  + 7x - 3)

 = 18 {x}^{4}  + 42 {x}^{3}  - 18 {x}^{2}  - 15 {x}^{3}  - 35 {x}^{2}  + 15x + 9 {x}^{2}  + 21x - 9

 = 18 {x}^{4}  + 27 {x}^{3}  - 44 {x}^{2}  + 36x - 9
