 \frac{6x + 3}{2}  =  \frac{7x - 3}{3}  \\  \\ \underline{\bf on \: cross \:multiplying : } \\  \\ 3(6x + 3) = 2(7x - 3) \\  \\ 18x + 9 = 14x - 6  \\  \\ 18x - 14x =  - 6 - 9 \\  \\ 4x = -  15 \\  \\ \bf x =   \frac{ - 15}{4}

3(6x+3)=2(7x-3)

18x+9=14x-6
-15=4x
x=-15/4
