let p (x)= 0
2x+1=0
2x=-1
x=-1/2
p (-1/2)=6 (-1/2)^3+5 (-1/2)^2+4
= 6 (-1/8)+5 (1/4)+4
=3 (-1/4)+5 (1/4)+4
=-3+5+16 /4( from here im not sure of answer)
=18/4
= 9/2
I'm not sure of this answer but the method is right !!!!!
