Since we know that;

The diagonals of regular trapezium bisect each other.

$\sf{ \purple{for \: diagonal \: AC:}}$

$\implies 5x - 3 = 3x - 1$

$\implies 2x = 2$

$\therefore x = 1$

$\sf{ \purple{for \: diagonal \: BD:}}$

$\implies 6x - 5 = 2x + 1$

$\implies 4x = 6$

$\therefore x = \frac{3}{2}$

NOTE :

Diagonals in trapezium are not equal !!
