hello mate here's ur answer...
-6x+7-7x= -4x +16
-13x+7= -4x +16
-13x +4x =16-7
-9x = 9
x =-9/9
x=-1

Here is your answer...
> -6x+7(1-x) =-4(x-4)
> -6x+7-7x=-4x+16
> -6x-7x+7=-4x+16
> -13x+7 = -4x+16
> -13x+4x = 16-7
> -9x=9
> x = -9/9
> x = -1
