On factorizing 6x^{2}+5x-6, we get:

(3 x - 2) (2 x + 3)

Now dividing this by 3x-2 leaves us with:

2x+3

That's your answer

6x^2 +5x - 6

=> 6x^2 + 9x -4x - 6

=> 3x(2x +3) - 2(2x+3)

=> (3x-2)(2x+3)

Then after dividing by 3x-2 , the Quotient will be 2x+3
