6y=10,

then we can write it as

0.x+6y-10=0,

0.x+6y+(-10)=0,

here
a=0,

b=6,

c=-10

Hello!

\sf ATQ,

\dfrac{\sf 6y}{5} = 2 \\ \\ \implies \sf 6y = 2 \times 5 \\ \\ \implies \sf 6y = 10 \implies \sf 6y - 10 = 0

\underline{\sf General\:form} :

\boxed{\red{\bf{0x + 6y - 10 = 0}}}

Then,

• a = \bf{0}
• b = \bf{6}
• c = \bf{-10}

Cheers!
