7 - 2(5 - 3x) = 4(x - 3) + 5

7 - 10 + 6x = 4x - 12 + 5

6x - 4x = -12 + 5 + 10 - 7

2x = -4

x = -2

7 - 2(5 - 3x) = 4(x - 3)

 \implies \: 7 - 10 + 6x = 4x - 12 + 5

 \implies \:  - 3 + 6x = 4x - 7

 \implies \: 6x - 4x =  - 7 + 3

 \implies \: 2x =  - 4

 \implies \: x =  \frac{- 4}{2}  \\

 \implies \: x =  - 2

Hope it helps
