 Given \:number \: \frac{(-7)^{-2}}{90^{-1}}

 = \frac{90^{1}}{(-7)^{2}}

 \boxed { \pink { Since,a^{-n} =  \frac{1}{a^{n}}}}

 = \frac{90}{49}

 Multiplicative \:inverse \: of \: \frac{90}{49}\:is\\\frac{-49}{90}

Therefore.,

 \red { Multiplicative \:inverse \: of \:\frac{(-7)^{-2}}{90^{-1}}}

 \green { = \frac{-49}{90} }
