Answer :

The factorized form of the given polynomial is :

{7√(2)x + 4}{x - √(2)}

Given :

The quadratic polynomial is :

7√(2)x² - 10x -4√(2)

To Find :

The factorised form of the given polynomial :7√(2)x ² - 10x -4√(2)

Solution :

7√(2)x² - 10x - 4√(2)

= 7√(2)x² - 14x+ 4x - 4√(2)

= 7√(2)x{x - √(2)} + 4{x - √(2)}

= {7√(2)x + 4}{x - √(2)}

If it would give to find the zeroes of this polynomial then :

7√(2)x + 4 = 0 and x -√(2) = 0

⇒x = -4/{7√(2)} and ⇒x = √(2)

⇒x = -4×√2/(7×2) and ⇒x = √(2)

⇒x = -4√2/14 and ⇒x = √(2)

⇒x = -2√2/7 and ⇒x = √(2)
