Answer:

\sf\red{AnsWER}

Given :

Volume of the total pineapple juice including water = 450 litres

Percentage of juice in the pineapple juice = 42%

Volume of total orange juice including water = 630 litres

Percentage of juice in the final juice mixer = 35%

To find :

The volume of the orange juice in the final juice mixture .

Solution :

First we have to calculate the actual amount of pineapple juice , excluding the water .

Pineapple juice = 450 × 42/100 = 189 litres

Total volume of the final juice mixture including water = 630 + 450 = 1080 litres

Total amount of water in the final juice mixture excluding water = 1080 × 35/100 = 378 litres

So , orange juice + pineapple juice = 378 litres

Orange juice + 189 litres = 378 litres

Orange juice = 378 - 189 = 189 litres

Hence , th there is 189 litres of orange juice in the new drink .
