  • We have to evaluate the above expression by using the given data.

              Given data:- 7-\frac{3}{2} x=9.

              To find:- Value of the expression.

              Solution:-

  • Here we will use the transposition method.
  • Transposition is one of the linear equations.
  • To solve the transposition method we will Identify the variables and constants.
  • Then we Simplify the equation in LHS and RHS.
  • Now Simplify the equation using arithmetic operations.

        By using the transposition method.

        we get,

                  7-\frac{3}{2} x=9\\=>\frac{2\times7}{2} +\frac{-3x}{2} =9\\=>\frac{14-3x}{2}=9\\=>-3x+14=9\times2\\=>-3x+14=18\\=>-3x=18-14\\=>-3x=4\\=> x=-\frac{4}{3}

      Hence we will get the value x=-\frac{4}{3} .
