(7÷4) ÷ (-5÷4)
this is a very easy problem the only doubt I have is
we take reciprocal of -5÷4
so my question is will the (minus) shift to five or will stay asusual?

Yes the minus(-) will shift to the numerator in the answer as the denominator can never be in the negative value .
We shift the numerator to the numerator.
