we know that the formula

moles=volume of substance in L/22.4L

so, moles= 5.6L/22.4L

= 0.25 moles

and moles = mass of substance in g/molecular mass of the substance

we have

molecular mass = 7.5g/0.25

= 30 g

so, the gas is nitrogen oxide (NO) because its molecular mass is 30g.
