Answer:

area of a square=4× side

so,.. 4× 36

........144

area of a sqaure=4× side

288( doubled area)= 144

144/ 288

1/2 is the answer ..

Then,

New side = 36×2 = 72m

New Area of square = Side×Side

= 72×72

= 5184 metre square

Now,

Increase times of Area = New area of square / Old area of square

= 5184/1296

= 4
