x =  \sqrt{7} and \:  -  \sqrt{7}

(x -  \sqrt{7} )(x +  \sqrt{7} )

x {}^{2} - 7

let α=√7 and β= -√7

α+β= -b/a

a+β = √7+(-√7)

= √7-√7 =0

αβ = c/a

αβ = √7×-√7

= -7

so the polynomial is

x²-(α+β)x+αβ

x²-0x+(-7)

x²-7
