7. A body travelling with a velocity of 120 ms accelerates uniformly at the rate of 20 ms
Calculate the velocity and the distance travelled in 40 s.
Ans. 920 ms : 20800 ml

u=120m/s

a=20m/s^-2

v=u+at

v=120+20*40=120+800=920

920 square is big quantity

so we'll not go for third equation of motion but second equation

S=ut+at^2/2

S=120*40+(20*40*40)/2

S=4800+16000

S=20800
