so, in inverse proportion

y = k / x ( k is constant )

here our y is no.of men's ( 560 )

while x is no.of months( 7 )

we have to find k ( constant ) here so, if

y = k / x

k = x × y

k = 7 × 560

k = 3920

K ( constant ) of this equation is 3920

now we have to find how many men's will be needed to complete project in 5 months

so,

y = k / x

y = 3920 / 5
