7. A rational number is such that its denominator is twice its numerator.
If both the numerator and the
denominator are increased by 13, the rational number becomes

Anonymous: Look The Equations was... 3x - 2y = -13 ..... Now, Multiply both sides by minus (-) we have - (3x - 2y) = - (-13) ........-3x + 2y = 13 .......2y - 3x = 13....
