Ans- perimeter of rectangle = perimeter of square

If, perimeter = 80m

length of rectangle = x+6

Breadth of rectangle = x

Perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)

= 2 × ( x+ 6 +x )

= 2× 2x + 6

= 4x + 12

= x = 12/4 = 3

length= x+6 = 3+6 = 9

breadth = 6

Area of rectangle = l×b

= 9×6 = 54sq.m
