the metal costs ₹300 per metre.

1 cu metre costs = ₹300

price spent = ₹102.90

metal used = 300/102.90

=2.96 cu.m

the cube is solid .

therefore volume = 2.96cu.m

volume of cube = side cube

2.96 = side cube

side =1.44 m

edge = 1.44m

Answer: 0.343 is the volume and 70cm is the length of edge

Step-by-step explanation:

Total Cost of the solid metal cube = Rs 102.9

Metal cost = 300 per meter ciube

Volume of the cube = 102.9/300 = 0.343 meter3

Length of the edge=0.3431/3 = 0.7 meter

= 0.7*100= 70cm
