Sexual Reproduction involves the sex cells and fertization. So, two parents are involve to generate the offspring.

Example - Plants and animals ( Mammal)

Asexual reproduction does not involves sex cells and fertization . So , single parent give rise to offspring.

Example- Binary fission ( Amoeba)
