7. An elevator descends into a mine shaft at the
rate of 6 m/min. What will be its position after one hour? If it begins to descend from
20 m above the ground, what will be its
position after 45 minutes?​

given that,
an elevator descends in 1 min=6meter
so, after 45 min =(6×45)meter=270meter
but elevator began to descend from 20meter above the ground,then it's new position will be,

270meter -20meter=250meter​
