we all know that:

30000 litre =  30 m^3

and we also know that,

total mass of water = density of water  x volume of water

let the mass of the water m,

density of water 1000 kg

then,

m = 1000kg/m^3 x 30 m^3

 = 30000 kg

Work done, W= mgh

                W= 30000  x 9.8  x 45

                      = 13230000 J

Power of the engine P = work done/ time taken

                                     = 13230000/ 10 x 60

                                     = 22050 watts
