Internetwork- the concept of interconnecting different types of computer network,such hath any pair of connected hosts in the network can exchange packets....simply using a switch or a hub to connect two local area network together doesn't implies nternetworking .It just expands original LAN

Intranet-it is a private network that can only be accessed by authorized users. The prefix intra means internal and therefore implies an intranet is designed for internal commmunication

Internet-it si global wide area network that connects computer systems across the world . It includes several highband-width data lines that comprise the internet backbone.
