ANSWER:
ELECTRONIC CONFIGURATION:
The arrangement of electrons according to the energy levels of shells is known as electronic configuration
While filling electrons in the shells we follow three rules
◼PAULIs EXCLUSION PRINCIPLE:
Paulis exclusion principle states that no two electrons in the same orbital have all the four quantum numbers same
◼AUFBAUS PRINCIPLE:
Aufbaus principle deals with the entering of electron into the orbital of lower energy
it must be done according to increasing order of (n+l ) value
if that value is same we should consider lower n value
◼HUNDS RULE:
Hunds rule states that pairing of electrons is done only after filling all the degenerate orbitals with one each.
