Technology is one of the most powerful weapon but it is harmful also. Excessive use of technology can damage our brain and eyes. 

Students are getting addicted to mobile phone and social media. As we are on the mobile phone for more than an hour it leads to harmful effects such as Brain Tumor and headache. It also moves a person from actual world to the virtual world. We share our personal thing to people whom we even don't know. So we can conclude that technology and social media is good but in limit.

Media helps us to upgrade with providing many informative contents in each and every field like study ,health, environment, society etc.,but it's excessive intervention leads to impact our health, (mind ,body )as :

☆ Affects our body physical fitness, weakens eyesight,etc.

Too much use of anything whether it is game,technology or media etc can be a matter of serious concern.
