Mitochondria:-It is the cell organelle which is present in very large amount. It has a double membrane.It is the sight of cellular respiration.

Mitochondria are organelles covered by double membrane.Outer membrane is smooth and porous but inner membrane is deeply folded providing large surface area for ATP generating chemical reaction.They have their own DNA.
