 7 - 15x - 13x + 5x =  - 23x + 7  \\ 4 - 3x + 2x = 4 - x \\ 4 - x = 0 \\ x =  4 \\  - 23x + 7 (put x =  4) \\  - 23( 4) + 7 \\-92 + 7 \\ -85\\ so  \: remainder = -85

Now,

we know that,

Q×d+R=D

Q×[4-x]+(-85)=-23x+7

Q×[4-x]=-23x+7+85

Q=(-23x+92)/4-x

Q=23

Hence,

quotient=23 and Remainder=

-85
