=4

sum of the product of zeros taken to at a time =ab+bc+ca

=3×2+2×(-1)+(-1)×3

=6-2-3

=1

product of zeros =a ×b×c

=3×-2×-1=6

now,the cubic polynomials

=x3-(a+b+c)x2+(ab+bc+ca)x-(abc)

=x3-4x2+x-6
