Explanation:

Every element has an atom. Conductivity depends upon the metals and non metals. If the body is made up of a metal, it can carry charges ( free electons) . As we know, every element has an atom, including insulators. In the case of insulators, the atom's proton, neutron, and the electrons are not in motion. When electrostatic force is produced, it simply passes through our body,since our body is a good conductor of heat and electricity and goes through the non conducting body, since we (good conductors) are interacting with the non conducting body.
