Ans

  • a:b - 5:6
  • b:c - 9:4
  • a:c - to find

 \frac{a}{b}  =  \frac{5}{6}  \\ \frac{b}{c}  =  \frac{9}{4}

Make the values of b alike in both the ratios.

 \frac{5}{6}  \times  \frac{3}{3}  =  \frac{15}{18 }  \\  \\  \frac{9}{4}   \times  \frac{2}{2}  =  \frac{18}{8}

With this the value of a:c can be found

a - 15 \\ b - 18 \\ c - 8

Then

a:c - 15:8
