Let the sides of both the square be a and b.

Area of square = (Side)^2.

ATQ

$\frac{ {a}^{2} }{ {b}^{2} } = \frac{9}{1}$

$\frac{a}{b} = \frac{ \sqrt{9} }{ \sqrt{1} }$

$\frac{a}{b} = \frac{3}{1}$

Now, Perimeter of square = 4 × Side.

● Multiplying by 4 on R.H.S.

$\frac{4a}{4b} = \frac{3}{1}$

Therefore, Ratio of their Perimeter is 3:1.
