Let the natural number be, x

\frac{1}{2} x^{2}  -7 = 25

\frac{1}{2} x^{2} = 25+7

\frac{1}{2} x^{2}  = 32

x^{2} = 32/ \frac{1}{2}

x^{2}= 32* \frac{2}{1}

x^{2} = 64

x= \sqrt{64}

x= 8

The natural number is 8.
